Both Sun Tiantian and Peng Shuai proceed to the second round of the China Open. Not to mention that they won in straight set, but also how good Peng looks!!! After today will find out who Peng will be facing in the next round, but looks like Sun will face with a tough task of playing Serena Williams in the next round.

not sure about that Peng Shuai, she might be too preoccupied with arranging her furniture in accordance with energy flows in her hotel room.

Forget Peng, Guess who beat Serena Williams yesterday? Sun Tiantian, she beats her straight set 6-2, 7-6. Better start watching out for this 23 years old rising SUN!!!

the chinese dream is finally over yesterday when all the chinese players crashed out. Sharapova is now cruising to the final having V Williams and Davenport both pulled out due to injury. She is now going for her fourth title of the year....

Looks like the China Open was cursed. Sharapova was added to the injury list which allowed her fellow russia member, Kirilenko, to wins the title by beating Groenefeld in straight set yesterday.
