Hi all,

It has been brought to my attention that one cause of the 'critical error' that we've been periodically experiencing is members repeatedly clicking on threads.

Be warned that we're able to tell very easily who is doing this. Immediate bans will be issued if we detect it again, as this practice can severely impact site operations.

Thanks! CD Thumbs up

p.s. this does not mean that every time there's a "critical error" there will be some kind of witch-hunt; 'normal' causes such as unexpected waves of traffic can also occur.

I can be a bit of a click-maniac at times...will try to tone it down CD. Told you in the error thread that it would be a bandwidth/server type issue (too many pings spoil the broth).

EDIT: Well...it would seem that I'm not THAT much of a click-maniac! Can we get this thread to 80K views? Laughing
