"saintly96"Skipping and walking, along with a healthy balanced diet will be ok to lose 10kg's. If you add the odd run in there you will have no probs getting the weight off. I used to put on a cd or the radio and aero boxed for 20 minutes, the weight fell off. it depends on how much you have to loose i wouldnt loose anymore then 2-3 if i didnt run but i dont have too much to loose if benny isnt a big bloke he will find it hard to loose the whole 10 with out running dont hate the player hate the game

Smiddy, if he has 10 kg's to lose, all he has to do is exercise and burn more calories than he takes in. It is as simple as that. A game of mathematics. Burn more calories than you ingest every day, and weight loss is the result. It does not matter what exercise you do, as long as the calories taken in, are less than the calories burned. Running and other high intensity exercise will obviously work quicker, as you burn up more calories, but really, it is ideal to do what you can do on most days. I have seen people train the house down for a few weeks/months at levels they can't keep up with for long periods of time, and the weight comes back. Weight loss is as simple as mathematics. Reduced calorie intake, increase exercise. If you burn more calories than you intake, you will lose weight. I agree that larger or more overweight people will lose weight at a greater rate, than those with less weight to lose. It does not matter however, what exercise you do, as long as the caloric intake is less than the amount of calories burned. Skipping will lose you all the kilos you desire if you burn more calories skipping, than you put in your mouth each day. Weight loss is a simple game of mathematics, always has been and always will be. Banner by Pooc!!! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fuk6e5hEeYI

Smiddy, for you to suggest that weight loss is anything other than a mathematic equation, proves you are not in any position to give weight loss advice. This is taken from a nutra check weight loss site: Weight Loss Mathematics Explained The Mathematics of Weight Loss Weight loss is essentially a case of simple mathematics. If you use up more calories than you consume you will lose weight. What could be easier! The basics maths To lose 1lb per week requires a reduction of 500 calories per day, achieved by eating less and exercising more. To maintain her weight, a woman should eat 1,900 calories a day, and a man should eat 2500. To lose weight a woman should consume 1,400 calories a day, and a man should consume no more than 2000. Ideally you shouldn't go lower than 1,400 calories, and you should never ever go lower than 1,000 a day. The key to a good diet is sustainability and longevity. A diet with a calorie count lower than 1,400 becomes very difficult to sustain, meaning that once you stop trying to lose weight, the pounds will pile back on. Mathematics plain and simple. Taken from the ask a scientist website: general science archive. http://www.newton.dep.an...asci/gen99/gen99411.HTM
Losing weight is simple mathematics. You eat a certain number of calories a day, probably about 2000. You burn a certain number of calories a day, about 1400 just to keep your body temperature at 98.6 F, your blood pumping, etc., and the rest you burn moving around all day. If you consume more calories than you burn, you gain weight. If you consume fewer than you burn, you lose weight. And that is all there is to it. There are only three ways to lose weight: eat less, dress less warmly (so it takes more calories to keep warm), or exercise more. I suppose you will try and twist your way out of this one again. mate you dont know what your talking about your trying to tell me skipping will make you loose 10 kgs that is laughable loosing weight is not maths otherwise it would be called maths the human body is not a calculator it does not work to maths theories and equations which equal the same counting calories will not result in weight loss it is not that simple if it was there would be no need for gyms trainers diets any of it dont hate the player hate the game

"medders biatch"mate you dont know what your talking about I am fully aware of what I am talking about
your trying to tell me skipping will make you loose 10 kgs It will if it burns more calories than you intake
that is laughable No it is true
loosing weight is not maths otherwise it would be called maths It is a simple mathematic equation, less calories in, more calories out = weight loss
the human body is not a calculator it does not work to maths theories and equations which equal the same You are wrong, weight loss does work on maths theories
counting calories will not result in weight loss it is not that simple If you intake less calories than you burn, weight loss is the result
if it was there would be no need for gyms trainers diets any of it If it is not a matter of calories in V calories out, then how do people who have never set foot in a gym lose weight? Because their caloric intake is less than their caloric expenditure, it is as simple as that. Gyms and gym trainers have their place, but are not a necessity in weight loss, the only thing that is necessary is the person burns more calories than it intakes Banner by Pooc!!! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fuk6e5hEeYI

ive 10 books at home which can back me up want me to post them for you??? Smiddy read your books, they will all tell you the same thing. To lose weight, you must burn more calories than you intake. You need to exercise, support is fine but you can lose weight on your own. Structured exercise is not necessary either, as long as you do something each day. it can be a walk along the beach, a walk up a hill, skipping rope, boxing, a game of tennis, anything. It does not have to be structured, you just have to move your arse everyday. Banner by Pooc!!! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fuk6e5hEeYI

I apologise for that, but everytime I say something he contradicts me, or if I try and say something in response to him, I get abused (ie. fuckwitt, knobhead, clown etc). The fights are all really one way, he abuses me, and I rationally try to explain his errors. I do not abuse him like he does to me, but it doesn't stop me from getting warnings. I have nothing against him, it is just that if he states something that is clearly wrong, I will tell him (like I do to all, as they do to me), but the guy can never admit when he is wrong, even when faced with proof. After I have claimed my prize for the EPL tipping comp (if I am lucky enough to hold on for the win), I will be taking a back seat for a while, and let him argue with others, as I have had enough of his erroneous ways and abuse. Like Marasco winning at group 1 level,, Radio interviews, number of G1 winners in a race etc, I only contradict you when you are clearly wrong.i give you facts to support my views you fob them off You have never given facts to support your errors, facts do not support errors. I gave you the facts about the Malaxos interview being aired, and you wouldn't acknowlege it. I gave you facts that Marasco had not won at group 1 level, you still had to argue. I gave you facts, when you said there were not many group 1 winners in the BTC cup, there were 7. I gave you facts when you suggsted that Joe Janiak over raced TT, when he had only 38 career starts as a rising 10 yo.you do abuse me like i abuse you otherwise i wouldnt abuse you Check out the speed gifted thread, the BTC thread for examples of you abusing me, and no abuse is returned.you state things that are clearly wrong you can never admit i am right not once Smiddy, where have I been wrong? "saintly96"OK, I will no longer respond to Smiddy and his erroneous, ambiguous posts. I stated earlier that I probably need a break from this site as we are continually getting into debates about nothing, and ruining threads. I think it is best if I leave for a short time under my own steam, as a banning is definitely not wanted, or IMO warranted. I find it a bit perplexing though, how Smiddy can continue to abuse me, without getting a ban, yet I get pm's threatening me with banning for responding to his errors without the personal abuse. If you check out the speed gifted thread, and the BTC thread which were both bogged, you will see I never returned the verbal abuse, I only tried to get my point across without the abuse. I really enjoy this site, and would like to continue to contribute without all the rubbish, so I will let the dust settle for a while before returning. I will still drop by from time to time, especially if any comps are on, but I feel it is time to stop receiving verbal barrages for being right. I still have a few conspiracy theories to work through so I may still put up a few of those from time to time. Enjoy. I find it unfortunate that you are not going to be as regular as usual "Just a tipster"
