Tomorrow night, the Detroit Red Wings are at home against the visiting San Jose Sharks. The Sharks can flat out score. Joe Thornton, Dany Heatley and Patrick Marleau have been lighting it up this year for the Sharks, and they have also been getting scoring from their blueline (in particular, Dan Boyle). The Sharks own zone play though is still in the works, and because of this, their games usually are very high scoring.

The Wings on the other hand appear to be turning a corner, but their goaltending so far this year has been brutal, with both Howard and Osgood struggling. Offensively, the injury to Johan Franzen has hurt, but recently, star forwards Pavel Datsyuk and Henrik Zetterberg are starting to catch fire. Like the Sharks, they get a lot of offensive from their defense (Niklas Lidstrom and Bryan Rafalski), but their defense like the Sharks, is suspect, which also results in a lot of their games going over. I can foresee between 6-9 goals tomorrow night, and because of this, I am going with 1 unit on the Over 5.5 goals at 1.85
