He was very good tonight tonight. He racked them up quietly. He certainly played well. Only Jackson got more contested possessions for the tigers, he ended the match with 13 kicks, 14 handballs and 5 marks. Banner by Pooc!!! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fuk6e5hEeYI

As long as he is fit (hes had a few injury set backs this season) he is a good player still and can definitely contribute on field to a developing side. I couldnt believe the backlash hes suffered this yr to date, unfairly because of injury concerns too. If his body is right, I'd give him one last year for sure.

at least thats with out the hair testing i think the problem is that its a fact he takes a shit load of caffiene to get him up for every game i think his body is struggling with abuse of drugs and alcohol for years it was a prescribed sleeping tablet and it seems his body needed a break from the mixing of uppers and downers as after a game a large amount of afl players use pescription drugs to sleep l dont hate the player hate the game

.not just the footballers.. apparently some of the test cricketers take caffeine pills as well...and red bull in between... but a doctor this morning said one sleeping tablet couldn't have caused this reaction...and an "allergy" doesn't suddenly appear when you have been taking them for some time.... more to this... ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Hot Pies and Mustard

Yes it can. I have treated plenty of patients who have had a reaction to a medication that they have taken regularly in the past. It is just the bodies way of saying that it has had enough of that particular drug. It is quite common for a person to have a reaction the second or third time they are exposed to certain drugs too. The same with bee stings, the first time you are stung you are ok, if stung again an anaphylactic reaction may occur. The body is amazing, and we do not fully understand how it works, but you can take medication for some time before reacting to it. I do agree that there may be more to this than meets the eye (how cynical are we). Banner by Pooc!!! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fuk6e5hEeYI

cant wait for it I'm looking forward to seeing it too smiddy .. we've had the do gooders this week saying that they hope it doesn't "glorify drug use" but from what I saw with the short extracts from his family, where my heart sunk and ached for them I think it will be far from that. I think (and hope) the documentary will show what a waste of your life drugs really are.

I think (and hope) the documentary will show what a waste of your life drugs really are. Seen and heard a trailer of it and i'm really intrigued. Certainly shouldn't be glorifying drug use. Thats not the intention of the documentary. If anything hopefully it will again open up the eyes of the people of australia to the perils of taking drugs and the affects it can have on people around you. You'll always have the neigh sayers who think its all a publicity stunt, way for cousions to make extra cash before retirement and all that jazz but there is and will always be two sides to it. People can see the effetcs first hand its had on Ben's dad Bryan and the Cousins family, his mates, the wider football community, and the West Coast football club to. Will see some interesting characters interviewed in the doco to. One being a close mate of Cuusins, and well known wa identity John kizon. He'll give people a massive insight into what happened. Will be a ratings hit for 7 guranteed. Particularly in WA where Cousins is still very much loved. Tbh i'd rather they not show it in grand final week but. Would take the gloss off of the biggest stage in the afl being the grand final, the two teams playing in it, and the brownlow medalist named earlier in the week. Wont be a hear one day gone the next story. Will hang around and be talked about. The teasers to it just seem so intriguing and i'll be glued to it from the moment the doco starts because i'm still a big fan of the guy, will always will have time for him, in particular his footy and his overcoming of addiction

they wont show it gf week All i've heard atm is it will be in gf week. There's a six week period where they can show it now, but just dont want it to interupt and take the focus off the grand final. Just my opinion

They were talking about Cousins retiring on radio this morning... the worry is will he lose motivation to stay clean if there's no game to keep fit for... ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Hot Pies and Mustard
