Round of 16 should be very tough for Arsenal
Arsenal can play Schalke, Barcelona, Bayern or Madrid.
In this case, Gunners better just focus on the premier league..

Lucky to have won against Partizan Belgrade the other night 1-1 for a long time and you could see Wenger was happy just to go thru. Should have played better against Braga, that way we could have finished top. Let's hope we don’t get Barca for Madrid.

I cant see how Arsenals defence could beat a Barca out fit let alone win a Champions League title. What is it with Wenger, fans, media, players can all see the defensive concerns but he is adament in not going into the January market and bringing 2 or 3 players. I know he has tremendous belief in the players but at what expense... i guess one day he may be able to say i told you so

Champions League - Winner 2010/11

You're right alderf, Arsenal would do well to match last season's efforts (I think they made the QFs).

Chelsea are struggling and Arsenal coming second are going to one of the big two in Spain. Both are good lays.

A Benitez Inter team not going to go far coming second in the group. The value bet for mine outside the Spanish giants are Man U and Bayern. Both top their groups and if they can get a favourable draw should progress to Semis. At 10.0 and 20.0 respectively they are some chance to come down in odds especially if their is an upset.

Arsenal boss Arsenal Wenger has claimed he is unfazed with the prospect of facing the likes of Real Madrid or Barcelona in the next round of the Champions League.

As Wenger’s side finished second in their group, they will be paired with a first-placed team in the last 16 when the draw takes place on Friday, which includes the likes of the Spanish giants or Bayern Munich.

How unlucky! We were totally out classed last season. Hopefully Wenger will have learnt from last season, this will probably be the hardest match. Wenger is quoted as saying Arsenal will not be scared of them and we've got the players who can give them a good contest. Probability say we gotta win once.

Who is Wenger kidding, why would ever want to play the best team in Europe in round of 16. The Gunners will be spanked in this one it won't be close.

The other matches:

Milan v Tottenham
Valencia v Schalke
Arsenal v Barcelona
Roma v Shakhtar Donetsk

København v Chelsea
Lyon v Real Madrid

Marseille v Man. United
Inter v Bayern

Don't think there will be too many surprises. Fancy Spurs to do well in this competition they are playing some terrific football at the moment.

As expected Bye Arsenal. I didn't think they had a rats arse winning anything this year.

Wegner needs to buy men not boys. He had it right when he had the likes of Viera, Bergkamp, Henry and Petit. He needs to invest in a few older players.
