Would of liked to see my Bears keep the Packers out as they are a dangerous team but in the end they made them earn it and it's rare for a team to do that with nothing to gain.

Some interesting matchups in round one.

Looks like Seattle is being written off already but never count out a home team...

New York Jets @ Indianapolis - Money Line

New Orleans @ Seattle - Money Line

Baltimore @ Kansas City - Money Line

Green Bay @ Philadelphia - Money Line

All bets are one unit ($50) unless otherwise noted.

Going to be tough to beat philly IMO. Vick is playing INSANE this year!

Vick needs to play a perfect game for Philly to beat the Pack and Vick is too beat up. He has taken a horrible beating this year and just will not have enought to give against the Packers. Even in Philly, I'd take the Packers by a TD.

I agree if Vick goes down the bye bye to a superbowl chance. I honestly think the Eagles will win this one. Packers are great but what Vick has done with this team is crazy! He has not played in about 2 weeks so i think he will be fine!

I reckon the Packers defense has finally worked itself out and Rodgers has been equally as impressive as Vick..along with being battered...

will be the best match-up of the four....

My favorite play is on the Saints, but there's no value in the Money Line, however there is huge value in the spread at -9.5 which I got it at earlier in the week. The line is already up to -10.5 though, might want to buy a half point or just ride it. I smell a pounding.

For what its worth...I put down $75US on the Eagles to win the Super Bowl at +1375. So, as you may expect, I am going with them this weekend. I am sure that the Packers will blitz the hell of a Vick, because thats the only way to get him flustered, but having a week to prepare for this...I think Andy Reid will come up with a good game plan.

Packers 21

After the bad loss to the Vikings, then a loss to the Cowboys, morale has to be real low for the Eagles. Truth be told, they should have lost that game against the Giants (I had Giants -2.5 those bastards blew a HUGE lead in the 4th) to make it three losses in a row. Packers have great linebackers with Matthews and Hawk and their D-Line can definitely win it in the trenches. Eagles are far too dependent on the "big play" and if the Pack can put enough pressure on Vick those big plays won't be there. The good thing is that the Eagles have the home field advantage, and playing in Philly is TOUGH. But I really think that the Pack will pull this one out. I'm playing the Pack +3 (bought the hook) and a dabble on the moneyline. But good luck anyway Ratt!

I actually think the Seattle covers the spread. They played once this year and lost by 15 but that was in N.O.

With the Saints losing Ivory and Thomas their RB's are horribly thin. Bush and Jones are a bad combo to run the ball and they will be relying on Brees the whole game who's had a career worst 22 INT's this season. Saints are good but nowhere near as good as last year. Seattle is always a tough place for teams to come into and play and I see them holding this one close.

New Orleans @ Seattle - New Orleans -10.5

I really think the line is making people want to take Seattle. It's a chalk for the Saints to be laying, but that's the way they get you suckered in. It might look like a lot of points, but I don't think it is. Seattle started the season pretty hot, but faded into total shit towards the end of the season. They pulled off the upset on the Rams to eke their way into the playoffs, but I think they are going to get stomped on big time by the Saints. Ivory and Thomas gone and being stuck with Julius Jones and Mr. President sucks but they still open the game enough for Brees to pass freely. The Seattle D isn't exactly known to shut teams down and I smell a stomping here.

Well read at present Pooc...Seattle are putting everything on the line and Hasselbeck is finding his targets well...Brees is not being let loose by the Seahawks defense either, though it's mostly his receivers being well blocked...

very good game...like Seahawks to win since I had Hasselbeck as my no2 QB most of the year....

12.55 in the 4th and panic is setting in with the Seahawks after NO's last touchdown...looking shaky...

Williams needs some superglue fast...

One of the better runs I've ever seen by Lynch on that TD. Broke about 6 tackles, refusing to go down.

I knew they would keep it close, contrary to the rest of the world outside of the Seattle ares, but no way did I think they would win this game...

Could have been even more comprehensive if some of those passes had stuck...

Hasselbeck showed you're never too old...Stokely was a vital cog...

very entertaining game...

Easy

you all will probably think i'm crazy but i'm gonna go with seattle to upset the saints....

ya gotta go with the veteran qb at home....

the saints don't have a running game or a solid defense....

i'm lookin for the seattle tight end carlson to get multiple tds....

i also expect marhawn lynch to do well....he might even break one for a long td....

it should be a high scorin game with the hawks winnin by less than a td....
