This is the one I was wanting since the playoffs began.

What's everyone's take on this?

I think you all know who I'm rooting for.

In fact, I'll always root for anyone playing the Heat.

All their faces just piss me off...

I hope the Bulls win, but Rose needs the the rest of the cast to standup for this one. Noah & Boozer need to take advantage down low and Rose will be unguardable, but then again so will Lebron and Wade. Should be a good rivalry in the making for these lots. Think Bulls need to add one more piece in the off season.

I don't like how the media are drumming this one up.. headlines at Yahoo today were saying, "Rose was the only one who didn't beg Lebron to join, now he gets his chance to prove why". That's pretty lame. I don't think any other player "begged" him to join and I don't think Rose is trying to "prove" anything. It's simply the two best teams in the East squaring off, and that's enough hype for me.

Very hard to call... The bookies have it $1.50 Heat, $2.60 Bulls. I think the Bulls should be favourites in this match-up, they had the better season, swept the season series, and have home-court, so there's value there for the punters. They might not win it, but they should trade lower than $2.60 for a back-lay opportunity.

Here's my pick: if it goes to a 7th game, I think the Heat will win, anything else, the Bulls. Either Bulls 4-2 or Heat 4-3, if that makes any sense Very Happy

The Bulls have good depth as well as a go to guy in Rose, Heat have less depth but have 2 go to guys in bron and wade.
I think if Bosh contributes the Heat will have the edge and take the series 4-2. If it's just Bron and Wade like it has been lately it's 50-50.

They tore thru boston while Atlanta caused probs for the Bulls.
I won't be shocked if they win it though cos the Bulls have a key ingredient that Boston lacked - quality bigs!

Comparing Noah + Boozer to a 60yr old jermaine o Neal and nenad krstic is no contest. They will expose Miami's Achilles heel, but wade and lebron seem to be hungry for this title now and bosh+ziggy+Joel Anthony might be enough to put alongside them. Gonna be a great series though!

I saw that too, I remember at the time every team was bending over for Lebron and his crew to listen to their offers, Rose was asked about whether he wanted them to sign Bron and he said something like how the bulls don't need lebron. Does make for a good rivalry story.

Great job by the Bulls today. Rose played like an MVP and the X-factor of the series Luol Deng did exactly what they needed him to do if they want to win this series, which was to contain Lebron & still contribute on scoring.

It's looking like Noah & Boozer will give the Bulls the edge by dominating the glass throughout this series. The rest of the guys have to just keep defending well and throwing the Heat off their shots for those 2 to clean up inside.

GO BULLS!

I missed the first half of the game but the second half from the Heat was disgusting. Too many turnovers. Not boxing out. Too many open shots for the Bulls. Very frustrating as a Heat fan to watch.
Props to Deng who held Bron all night. LBJ even said in an interview that Luol was the x-factor of the series.

In the end, if the Heat win this series, I feel as though they can win the Finals. But if the Bulls win, whoever wins in the West, the West will win the Finals.

The Bulls played well and got the job done in game 1.

This should be a sweet series, surely it will go to 6 or 7 games.

It's nice that we finally have a season in which the Lakers or Boston aren't going to feature.

I must admit I can't stand that Noah guy and his constant fist pumping and screaming. I would like to fecate on his forehead. Just saying.

As much as it pains me to say this, the bulls need to play Taj Gibson more. He seems to be a spark for them when he comes in. He is always around the hoop going for the rebound. I'm too hungover to look up stats but he must have had like 10 points in 10 minutes yesterday.

The only thing that I've seen so far in this series that seperates the teams is that the Heat want it more. Bulls seem content with how far they've gotten.

Game 4 predictions.

I think the Bulls are going to come out swinging in this one. Similar to the Thunder in last nights game, I think the Bulls will jump out to a nice lead early. But in the second half it will be back and forth, Rose and Noah will have big games for the Bulls but tonight is Dwyane Wade's game. James and Bosh have gotten all the hype this series but tonight is Wades game.

Wade- 40+ points

Rose- 40+ points

Noah- 15 pts 15+ boards

Final score.

Heat 104, Bulls 101

Disappointing to see the Bulls fight so hard and play so close but unable to find enough offense to pull out wins.

Going to need 3 in a row.

Let's start with one on Thursday.

Bulls will win game 5.
Series will come down to who wins game 6. If Heat lose that one, I reckon Bulls got the edge in game 7 as well.
But I don't think the Heat would lose at home.

12 point lead with 3 minutes left and can't hold on to the fucking lead. I feel sick...

Lebron as a person is a piece of shit but there's no doubt he's the overall best player in basketball.

I really hope Dallas can somehow find a way to win and deny these assholes a championship but anyone who watched this series knows that their defense is as good as it gets.

Derrick Rose played a great season, and overall a great playoff run for the young player. Unfortunately the media is going to focus on him being a "choker" now. How mentally devastating is it to miss a free throw late in the game that could send your team to the finals.

Great series for the Heat. I hope they kill the Mavs. But I think it will go 6 or 7 games. Should be an exciting series.

Like Bill Simmons said, these young teams (OKC & Bulls) haven't felt the pain yet of these type of losses, both will be stronger for it. Dallas has felt the pain, but the butterfly effect that is Miami may have ceased Dallas' chance.
