Kinda shocked by this move. Unless they have some assurance that D12 will sign with them this is stupid.
3 years 21mil left on his contract, the guy is a quality NBA PF. Can score and rebound really well. Sure he's not a shotblocker but they should have been able to trade him for a draft pick or something rather than pay him out thru amnesty.

Am I missing something here?
Scola would have been a player to include for Orlando in a D12 offer, don't see why they let him walk for nothing in return. Dunno

I don't get this move, or for that matter anything the Rockets have done this offseason. They could be one of the worst teams in the NBA next year

No way Howard ends up in Houston, and if he does he won't resign.

It's like Houston is living in a fantasy world, tanking this year and maybe more, because they think they will get D12 this year and Chris Paul the next. Screwy
