I know a lot of us probably use Netflix, Hulu, or TiVo to keep up with our favorite shows. So what I want to know is: what television shows is everyone in the process of watching? How are you liking it so far? Make some recommendations based on what people are liking right now.

My girlfriend and I just finished watching Parks & Recreation up to season 3 and I must say I'm liking the series much more than I ever liked the Office (same creators, Greg Daniels and Michael Schur). The last episode of season three was epic!

Also, I've just started the first season of The Walking Dead a few days ago and I'm already just about finished. Really making me want to pick up the comic book series it was based off of. If you haven't seen it, Halloween is a great day to start watching. Promise, you'll be hooked after the first episode!

I just recently watched through the first season of Superjail. The pilot episode was really good. It was extremely psychedelic; it reminded me a lot of Salvia. But after that episode the psychedelic nature felt very fake. The last episodes trippiness didn't remind me of actually tripping at all. It felt like it was drawn by someone who hadn't actually tripped before, but was merely making assumptions of what tripping might be like. It was disappointing that the pilot was so good, but the actual season was bland and repetitive.

Just watched Homeland S1. I'm not crazy about it (a bit slow in places) but I recommend it. If you liked 24 you will like it.

Watching Grimm at the moment, it's kinda interesting/original, taking it one episode at a time...

Gave Person of Interest a go. Thought it was really corny and couldn't sit through a whole series of it. Gave up after episode 2.

The missus has been watching Revenge, absolutely LOVES it. Must admit, I don't mind it either, but the gay scenes make me a little uneasy.

CD I knew you would enjoy Revenge! How can anyone thumb their nose at a story about cold, ruthless revenge! Plus the women in the show are stunning, and its nice to imagine what it would be like to have all that money... Razz

I'm enjoying Grimm so far, very original show and the characters are entertaining so far. Looking forward to them building on the main storyline - Im not sure if his cop boss is good or bad yet

PoI is a bit cheesey I agree, but I need a good action show since Human Target was cancelled and Strike Back finished, so I'll keep watching for now

I checked out The Firm last night. It's supposedly based on the movie/book by Grisham but I can't really remember it well enough to compare. First episodes were ok, so I'll watch a few more to see where they take it...

The Firm is as good as gone from what I can tell, along with a few other shows

I think Ive mentioned it before, but Southland is back and the new series has been just as powerful as the first 3. Loving each episode and a great watch.

Saw the first ep of Alcatraz just the other night too. Undecided at this stage, will give it a couple more

Family Guy has really picked up after a few shocking episodes at the start of the year. I was actually laughing out loud at the last 3-4 eps, and that hasn't happened for a while Smile

Check out Workaholics, sweet show, good for a laugh.

Also just bought Sherlock on blu ray, meant to be very decent.

I gave this a shot a while ago, but after watching the first 2-3 eps I just couldnt get into it. The main character was pretty hot, but I just couldnt get attached to any of the characters, and there was something about it that I coudlnt get into.
Does it improve as it get further in?

Haha, I dont mind Workaholics. Some of the gags can be hit and miss, but overall the show is pretty good. First episode was a pearler Smile

On another note, Eastbound and Down series 3 is out! Banana
Havent watched it yet, but looking forward to it

also looking forward to checking out "Awake". The pilot has been floating around and I grabbed it the other week. Seems like an interesting idea, will post back after ive seen it.

Yeah it does get better, but I get what you mean, it kinda feels like a b-grade horror movie, lol.

Seen the first ep of EB&D and it is hilarious, easy to see whats coming for the season. Did not know Jason Sudeikis was in series 3, this should be outta control!

Watched the first ep of Eastbound and Down the other day and really enjoyed it. I hope this season redeems itself as I didn't like season 2 that much.

Just got on to watching Workoholics and I didn't mind it. I get through the rest of the show soon.

Are you guys into those Comedy Roasts? I saw a few of them in the past week, they're pretty hit and miss. Apart from a few laughs, I would say overall 6/10, stay clear. Crude and repetitive humour. I saw the Sheen and Rivers episodes.

My current favourite show is HOUSOS. If you are open-minded, give it a go. It's so wrongly hilarious.

Very sad Game of Thrones is coming to an end already this season. Only 1 more to go.

This last episode - S2E9 was one of the best of any season.

One of my favorite parts...Nod

Awesome show I just got addicted to is Misfits! Think Skins, with superpowers, but funnier and less depressing! Get on it! Easy
